How can i save it so that when i start it up it already is entered.

Ive heard about mat phong 0 being a cool high performance thing and i also heard you could have it every time you startd it up. Phong shading for lightmappedgeneric and worldvertextransition is only available in it requires the material to be lit by a env cascade light entity to work properly and uses the dynamic shadows generated by it as a mask on top of the traditional phong masking. Essentially this affects the lighting and shadows on weapons and characters. Mat phong 1 is your default tf2 setting mat phong 0 is the command where it removes all the phong from your character and shades it.
