Mat Phong 0 Fix

However i absolutely hate the way aussies look with it so i downloaded a fix for it.

Now includes australium weapon and botkiller fixes. Mat phong is a convar all you need to do is put mat phong 0 in your fps config you can put it directly in the console for comparison though it takes a while to remove all phongs from the map. I have not seen many people upload a tutorial on this so i decided to do one. My problem is that the fix for it does not work on online games it only works offline.
